kindle notes are not disposable

Until I coded my own solution.

For a long time, I tried to build something. I looked for Notion templates or other apps to centralize my notes,
but nothing really solved my problem.

So I plugged my Kindle into my MacBook and realized the .txt file was usable.
After more than 2 years of reading, that led me to one thing:

I’m building centralread, a small saas that lets you centralize your Kindle highlights, thanks to the My Clippings.txt format.

Kindle has around 30 million active users in the US alone.
Kobo now represents 20% of the e-reader market, and Onyx Boox about 10%.
That convinced me to start building my own tool.
